Waivers

A signed waiver is required for any child coming to Inflatebounce.  Parents of party attendees will receive a link from the host and general bookings will need to complete theirs at time of booking.


Refunds and Amendments

We do not offer refunds as a standard policy, but in certain circumstances, we may consider them. Please contact our team directly to discuss your situation.

How Can I Purchase Gift Cards?

What Is Required to Book a Party?

To book a party, you’ll need to do so online with a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking.


What Party Packages Do You Offer?

We offer three different party packages:

  • Bronze: Entrance, food, and drink.
  • Silver: Entrance, food, drink, and a tub of ice cream.
  • Gold: Entrance, food, drink, tub of ice cream, slush, and sweet cones.


Are Party Prices the Same for All Ages?

Yes, party prices remain the same regardless of the children’s ages.


What If I’m Unsure About Party Numbers?

If you’re unsure about the number of children attending your party, it’s best to book for the minimum number. You can amend the child numbers up to 48 hours before the party by contacting us at Inflatebounce. Adults who stay can be paid for at the end of the party.


Can I Add More Children to My Party Booking?

If you need to add more children to your party booking, please email or call our office for assistance.


Can I Decide Party Food on the Day?

Party food must be agreed upon in advance for both hot and cold food options. It cannot be decided on the day.


Can I Amend My Party Booking?

Please email to contact@inflatebounce.net for us to amend both child numbers and food options for your party -  up to 48 hours before the event.


What If Someone Has Food Allergies?

If you or your guests have food allergies, just let us know. We’ll be happy to provide details about our food options to accommodate your needs.


When Can I Set Up for My Party?

You can normally enter the venue 10 minutes before your party start time to set up.


Are Adults Free During Parties?

No, all adults must be paid for during parties or pay for themselves.


What Should Children Wear?

We recommend children wear regular socks to prevent blisters, along with comfortable clothing like shorts, leggings, and t-shirts as the arena can get quite warm.  We do not permit gripper socks.


What Are Your Ticket Prices?

Here’s our current pricing structure for general admission:

  • 18 months and older: £13.99 in the Morning Session, £14.49 in the Afternoon Sessions, £13.49 in the Evening Session
  • 6 to 18 months: £3.00
  • 0 to 6 months: £2.00 (this helps cover nappy disposal costs)
  • Adults: £3.65

What Are Your Opening Times?

What Is the Minimum Age for Children?

We welcome children of all ages, with a dedicated area for under 5's. This ensures our youngest visitors can enjoy the fun safely.


Can I Arrive Mid-Session?

You can arrive anytime during the session you’ve booked. However, we recommend arriving at the beginning to make the most of your time.


Can Adults Use the Inflatables?

Yes, adults are welcome to join the fun on the inflatables too.


Does the Venue Have Air Conditioning?

Our venue doesn’t have air conditioning due to the size of the building, but we do have a fan extraction system to help cool the space by removing hot air.


Does the Venue Have Heating?

There is a heating system in the arena.


What If Tickets Are Not Available Online?

If the website doesn’t show any tickets, we are likely sold out or the venue is closed. If only adult tickets are available, it means children’s tickets are sold out. Please note, an adult cannot book a ticket on their own; they must add to an existing booking.


Do You Allow Walk-In Bookings?

We do not allow walk-in bookings. All bookings must be made online to ensure compliance with our insurance



What Food and Drinks Are Available?

We sell a range of food and drink options at our on-site café, ice cream parlour, and sweet shop.


Is Inflatebounce Wheelchair Accessible?

Unfortunately, Inflatebounce is not fully wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the facility. However, we warmly welcome wheelchair users to visit and spectate. We’ll do our best to ensure you have a great time with us.


Do You Offer Discounts for Blue Light Personnel?

We do not offer discounts on party bookings, but we do offer a 5% discount for general admission to Blue Light and Armed Forces workers with valid ID.


Do You Offer Free Admission for Carers?

We do not offer free admission for carers or adults. The admission fee for adults is £3.65.


Can I Bring Outside Food?

We do not allow outside food on-site, except for birthday cakes and individual bottles of water. All other food must be purchased from our venue.


Do You Offer Private Functions?

Can I Manage My Booking?

Do Adults Need to Stay with Their Children?

An adult must stay with their children at all times, regardless of the children’s age, except during party bookings where children can be left with a responsible party host. Adults cannot book without a child.
