I’m unsure about the final number of guests for my party.

Please book a conservative number of guests. Once you have sent out party invitations and know your actual numbers, you can adjust up to 7 days prior to the party.


How many adults can attend?

The number of adults does affect the overall number of people allowed in the arena during any session. If adults stay during the session, they will be charged the prevailing price per adult in addition to the party charges.


Can we bring our own cake?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring a birthday cake. However, no other food or drink items will be permitted.


Can I bring additional snacks and drinks?

No, only birthday cakes are permitted. For drinks, we provide a drinks station specifically for party attendees, and each child will be given a cup for use throughout the session. Individual refillable water bottles for children are allowed.


Can I bring candles for the cake?

Yes, regular candles are welcome. However, sparklers are not permitted.


Can we bring decorations?

Yes, decorations are allowed but must be attached with sticky tape. Confetti or silly string is not permitted as they are difficult to clean and may cause damage to the facilities.


What decorations do you provide?

We provide the tent, chairs, tables, and plain table coverings. If you'd like additional table coverings, you are welcome to bring your own.


How long are Inflatebounce parties?

Our parties are held within the standard 3-hour session. Your party room will also be available for the entire duration. If you’d like to start earlier or finish later, let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request.


What time will the party food be served?

The food service time is allocated based on the number of attendees, the party package selected (gold or silver), and specific factors like allergies or intolerances. Food choices and complexities may also affect the timing.

We aim to finalise food service details in advance to allow parents to plan effectively.


When do we pay the final balance?

The final party balance must be paid 24 hours before your party’s start time. This will be arranged by our Party Team. Adults will be billed at the end of the party once the final numbers are confirmed.


Can we provide a mascot or other entertainment?

Due to the open nature of our arena, mascots or other added entertainment are not permitted.
