We’re so excited to welcome you and your guests to Inflatebounce for your big celebration! Hosting a party with us is all about fun-filled moments, stress-free planning, and memories that last a lifetime. Here’s everything you need to know about what to expect on the day of your party.

Arriving at the Venue

• Arrival Time: You and your guests can arrive at the venue up to 10 minutes before the party start time to get settled and prepared. This is a great time for you to add any personal touches, like decorations, to your party space.
• Check-In: Our friendly team will greet you upon arrival, guide you to your party area, and ensure you’re all set for the day.
• Designated Party Area: Your own reserved party space will be ready for you, complete with tables, chairs, and coverings. Feel free to bring balloons, banners, or other decorations (no confetti, please).

Fun in the Arena

• Non-Stop Fun: All parties include access to one of the UK’s largest inflatable play areas. Guests of all ages can climb, bounce, and explore to their heart’s content during your designated session time.
• Supervision: Party guests will be supervised by parents or responsible adults. Rest assured that our team is always on-hand to assist and ensure everyone follows safety guidelines.
• Under-5s Area: If you have younger children attending, they can enjoy their own dedicated area designed specifically for safe fun for under-fives.

Party Food & Drinks

• Timing: Once everyone has worked up an appetite, our team will serve the prearranged food packages in your reserved party space. Food service typically aligns with your preferred schedule during the 3-hour session.
• Menu Options: All parties include food and drink, which must be chosen in advance. Whether you’ve selected the Bronze, Silver, or Gold package, you can expect freshly prepared and delicious treats for all guests.
  • Bronze: Entrance, food, and drink.
  • Silver: Includes ice cream for all party guests.
  • Gold: Includes additional treats like soft-serve ice cream, slush, and sweet cones (please specify if you'd prefer slush or ice cream).
• Dietary Needs: If any of your guests have dietary restrictions, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Let us know in advance.

Special Party Perks

• Exclusive Fun: Your party package ensures your group gets an experience designed specifically for your celebration. While your party will run alongside other public sessions, you’ll have access to your own private party space throughout the duration of the session.
• Drinks Station: A drink station will be provided for your party guests, and each child will be given their own cup to use throughout the session.

Finishing Up Your Party

• Extra Time: Once the allocated session ends, we kindly ask you to vacate the party area promptly so our team can prepare for the next group.
• Payments: Party balances should have been settled in advance, but any extra payments (e.g., for additional adults) can be made at the end of the party.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Party

• Decorations: Feel free to decorate your reserved space, but please use sticky tape for any items you attach to surfaces. (Confetti and silly string are not permitted.)
• Party Candles: You’re welcome to bring candles for your birthday cake, but please note that sparklers are not allowed.
• Managing Younger Guests: Bring refillable water bottles and perhaps a change of socks for younger children, especially if they bounce a lot.
