Party Prep Perfection: Managing Invitations with the Party Guest List!

Planning an amazing party at InflateBounce! We’ve got you covered with everything you need to manage your invitations and guest list with ease. Here’s how you can ensure everyone is accounted for and ready to have a bouncy blast!

Step 1: Access Your Party Guest List

After booking your party, log in to your InflateBounce account:

    1.    Head to your Online Account by clicking here.

    2.    Navigate to the party details section.

    3.    Open the Guest List tab to view or edit your guest information.

Step 2: Send Invitations

    1.    Use the party guest list to generate your unique Invitation Link.

    2.    Share the link with your guests via email, text, or social media.

    3.    Guests can RSVP directly using the link, and their responses will update your list automatically.

Pro Tip: The invitation link also includes the essential Waiver Form, which parents need to fill out before their kids can join the fun!

Step 3: Manage Your Guest List

You can update and manage your guest list anytime by:

    •    Adding or removing guests.

    •    Viewing RSVPs

    •    Tracking dietary requirements or special notes for individual guests.

Step 4: Communicate Updates

Need to make last-minute changes? You can resend invitations or send reminders to guests who haven’t RSVP’d yet.

Step 5: Final Confirmation

By the Wednesday before your party, confirm the final number of attendees. Make sure to highlight any special requirements with us, like food preferences or allergies.

When your guests arrive, our team will use the completed waivers to check them in quickly so the fun can begin!
