Congratulations on booking your InflateBounce party! We’re so excited to help you throw an unforgettable celebration filled with laughter, jumping, and plenty of smiles. To make sure everything goes perfectly, here’s all the important info you need to know for the big day. Let’s bounce into it! ✨

⏰ Timing Is Everything!

We know parties are a whirlwind of excitement, but if you plan to start your party later than the scheduled time, give us a quick heads-up! This helps us coordinate your food perfectly with your session, so your hungry little bouncers are well-fed right on time.

Cake & Decorations – Let’s Get Festive!

    •    Cake Time: Bring along your cake (candles welcome!) and let the birthday magic begin ✨ Don’t forget paper plates and serviettes, but don’t stress about a knife—we’ve got you covered!

    •    Decorating Fun:

    •    Weighted balloons? Yes, please!

    •    Loose balloons or confetti? Sorry, those are a no-go in our main arena (but trust us, your party will still sparkle!)

    •    Need balloons? Check out our awesome range at the InflateBounce Balloon Shop, and we’ll deliver them straight to your party tent! ? Submit a ticket to add this to your booking.

✉️ Invites & Waivers – Easy Peasy!

After booking your party, log into your account to grab your invitation link. ?️ Share it with your guests so parents can fill out the Waiver Form—it’s built right into the invite! These forms are essential for check-in, so make sure they’re completed before the big day.

Making Adjustments? No Problem!

    •    Need to change the number of children attending? Give us a ring or submit a ticket.

    •    Want to update food choices or add dietary requests? Submit a ticket by the Wednesday before your party?️

Choose from a yummy selection of hot or cold food options, served in individual boxes for easy, stress-free mealtime:

Hot Food (all served with chips):

    •    Fish Fingers 

    •    Chicken Nuggets (gluten-free available) 

    •    Pizza (vegan and gluten-free options available) 

    •    Hot Dogs (gluten-free available; vegetarian sausages not available) 

Cold Food:

    •    Half cheese & half ham sandwich (vegetarian option available) 

    •    Small sausage roll & a bag of crisps 

    •    Carrot and cucumber sticks

Final Payment Made Simple

To keep things seamless, we’ll send you a payment link a few days before your party (if it hasn’t been settled already). Please make sure everything is squared away before the big day.
