Amending Your Booking Online

Hello there, Inflatebouncer! Life happens, plans change, but don’t worry—we’ve made it super easy for you to reschedule your booking and keep the good times going. Follow these fun and simple steps to get things sorted:


Step 1: Visit Your Account Page

Login to your account by clicking here.

This is where all your ticket details are kept safe and sound.


Step 2: Log In

Log in to your account. You’ll find all your bookings waiting for you.


Step 3: Go to "My Tickets"

Click on the “My Tickets” tab to see all the details of your booking.


Step 4: View the Ticket Details

Find the ticket you want to change and select “View Details”. This is where you’ll see all the options for managing your booking.


Step 5: Select "Edit Booking"

Find the “Edit Booking” button and click it to start the rescheduling process.


Step 6: Choose "Re-Schedule"

Click on “Re-Schedule” to view the available dates for your new booking.


Step 7: Pick a New Date

Choose the date that works best for you from the calendar options.


Step 8: Confirm Your Changes

Click the confirmation option to save your new booking date.


Step 9: Finalise the Reschedule

Complete any final prompts or confirmations to finish updating your booking details.
